We love decor that that is a little bit different from the traditional and it was awesome to work with planner + stylist Louise of L27 Weddings. Like ourselves, Louise loves modern, stylish weddings with personal and meaningful touches. For this elopement wedding shoot in the Lake District, Louise created a modern romantic colour palette of grey, soft blue and blush with hints of gold and brass and a dash of nude.
Layering different textures of linens is a brilliant way of introducing soft feminine details alongside modern touches such as these awesome acrylic place name boxes by Willow Beau Design. Acrylic and vellum stationery is a rising wedding trend which we’re loving and you’ll find plenty of ideas for these in our ‘Wedding Decor’ board on Pinterest. Be prepared to get lost in lots of lovely inspirations for you wedding day on our Pinterest, you may need a cup of tea ( or three!)
